Adron Owens Passed Away Oct. 27, 2005

We are saddened to report that Adron Owens of North Webster, IN (October 1, 1938 - October 27, 2005), passed away at 10:06pm last night. He had just turned 67 years old on October 1st. Adron Owens' shuffleboard history and player profile was featured in the Bowers-TSA Newsletter, August 30, 2005 Issue:

Brenda Owens (wife) said the last 3 weeks was really hard on Adron. He slipped into a semi-coma Sunday, but he was never alone. Brenda and family stayed with him, held his hand and talked. Adron & Brenda had moved into their daughter's place (Tina Eigsti), so these last weeks were a very close family time for Adron and his family.

 

Visitation on Friday, October 28th (today) 3-8pm and funeral will be on Saturday at 10:30am at
