The 7th
Annual Wandering the World Women's Tournament being held at the Elk's
Lodge in Grandview, Missouri started yesterday with a warm-up Handicap
Draw Partner. Winners of that event have been posted in a News
Ticker that you can bookmark and view throughout the tournament on
the Bowers' Corner or TSA website Home page and/or from the
"Latest Calendar" of events page (below URLs): http://www.shuffleboardcorner.com

This
tournament has a tremendous turnout. ERRATA (9/17/2005 - "News Ticker" also updated): Today's event has 80 women (40
teams) and 32 men (16 teams), totalling 112
registered! CORRECTED: Friday's Bring Partner (Handicap) Event had 60 women (30 teams) and 32 men (16 teams) totalling 92 registered! Tremendous turnout!
We will
be updating the News Ticker at above three locations as new
results are reported. If interested, just go to any one
of the above 3 URL's (bookmark it) and check back periodically.
This
is also a test to see if our website visitors and newsletter
subscribers would like to see a News Ticker on other major events
(to view status throughout any major tournament - for those of us
who were unable to attend personally).
